蔡德来先生在酒店餐饮、客房、市场销售、运营管理等方面均有丰富管理经验，是一位全方面的管理人才。来自马来西亚的他能说一口流利的中文（普通话、闽南语、粤语、潮汕语），英语，马来语，印尼语，丰富酒店管理经验足迹遍布东南亚及中国市场。

Mr.Damian Chua has been appointed as General Manager of Wanda Vista Shenyang
Mr. Damian Chua was born in Malaysia and majored in Hospitality Management at the Taylor’s University. He pursued an EMBA from University of Minnesota USA and obtained Master Degree in Master of Business Administration. He speaks fluently in English, Malay, Indonesian, Chinese, Cantonese, Chaosan and Minnan dialect.
Mr. Damian Chua joins Wanda Vista Shenyang with extensive international and domestic experience and keeps the high service level which is consistent with Hotel Wanda Vista Shenyang’s “truly unique oriental charm” hospitality.
Prior to joining Hotel Wanda Vista Shenyang, Mr. Damian Chua previously worked as General Manager, Hotel Manager and senior executive positions in various international hotel groups including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group and Carlson Hospitality Worldwide. Before joining Wanda Vista Shenyang, Mr. Chua was the General Manager of Wanda Vista Vientiane, prior to that, he was the General Manager of Wanda Vista Zhengzhou. Meanwhile, Mr. Damian Chua is an all rounded professional hotelier, with rich experience in hotel food and beverage, rooms, sales & marketing, and hotel operation.
Mr. Damian Chua has accumulated rich experience in hotel management with the attitude of striving for perfection, he greatly improved the performance of each property and led his team to achieve success both in revenue and reputation, fully demonstrating his excellent understanding of the hotel business.
