(Shanghai, China — July XX, 2018) IDeaS Revenue Solutions, a leading provider of revenue management software and advisory services, has announced its partnership with Luneng Business Travel Management Co. Ltd (Luneng Hotels), a subsidiary of leading hotel owner and developer Luneng Group, for extensive cooperation on diverse strategic and technological levels, after an initial workshop service delivered earlier this year. In addition, IDeaS will provide services to two hotels – Luneng Mount Tai Vacation Club Thousand Island Lake Sunshine Grand Hotel and Tai’an Dong Zun Hua Mei Da Plaza Hotel – to help in the improvement of their revenue management performance. IDeaS has also signed a comprehensive group agreement with Luneng Hotels, enabling all properties within the network to benefit from this strategic partnership. IDeaS will assist Luneng Hotels in the launch and operation of a revenue management system as well as the establishment of a company-wide revenue management culture, with the aim of enhancing revenue management performance at all Luneng’s hotels and resorts.

Established in December 2002, Luneng Group is a wholly-owned subsidiary of STATE GRID Corporation of China, with real-estate and energy as its core businesses and enhancement of quality of life as its mission statement. Initial research undertaken by IDeaS revealed Luneng’s self-managed hotels to be in urgent need of enhanced sales and revenue management systems. The partnership between IDeaS and Luneng Hotels will be implemented in several phases. IDeaS’ consultants and service teams will initially implement a company-wide training program within Luneng Hotels to help hotel operators get to grips with the important role that revenue management plays in enhancing hotel performance through teaching of theory and practice. IDeaS will subsequently help Luneng Mount Tai Vacation Club Thousand Island Lake Sunshine Grand Hotel and Tai’an Dong Zun Hua Mei Da Plaza Hotel to install and operate IDeaS revenue management systems. Assigning prime importance to revenue management, Luneng Hotels invited IDeaS Advisory Service Director Ms. Yuanyuan Wang to hold its five-day 2018 Hotel Revenue Management Workshop aimed at hotel general managers, sales and marketing directors, revenue management directors from self-managed hotels and owner representatives, finance directors, and other department leaders from externally-managed hotels.
